David Stallings writes on 10/27/2003: "My wife has
a Grandmother who lives in Sarasota and we go down there about
2-3 times a year, so we have eaten at quite a few restaurants
and none have compared to the service, food, or value of the
Hillview Grill. We pretty much stumbled upon this place and I'm
glad we did. We started out with the brie for an appetizer and
we ordered a bottle of wine. After that, I ordered grilled fish
which was moist and tasty, my wife ordered blue cheese salad
with fresh vegetable she said were delicious, our 12 year old
daughter had a bowl of pasta (home made mac n cheese?) looked
good anyway. And Grandma had a salad with some grilled chicken
and loved every bite! We all then each got our own dessert (not
that we were still hungry) White chocolate bread pudding, Mango
cobbler with cinnamon ice cream, both of which were great! We
could have spent a lot less money than we did but we went all
out and it was worth every penny, can't wait till December for
our next visit. Wish there was one in Atlanta."
