Anonymous party of 3 had lunch at Longhorn
Steakhouse and ordered Liver & onions, chef salad, hamburger and
rated the food excellent because, "All the food was prepared to
my order and perfectly cooked." and writes on August 3, 2006,
"My boss took his two secretaries out for an Administrative
Professional Week lunch during the week. I had previously had
the liver and onions at the Adamo Longhorn restaurant and
ordered that again. The liver is prepared with a coating of some
type that makes it slightly crunchy, and the onions are cooked
to a golden brown, not half raw as some restaurants serve them.
The baked sweet potato was perfect also. My only complaint is
that the liver and onion entree is not avaialable for dinner, as
I cannot get to this restaurant in the middle of the day very
often. The chef's salad was also very large and tasty, according
to my co-worker. We were all very happy with the choice of the
Longhorn Steakhouse."

A writer from Sarasota who says they have visited the
restaurant more than 20 times writes on 1/17/2004: "food good
cook to order however presentation not good if you cook a med
steak and have a choice on which side to put the blacker side
put the blacker side down tan side up when I brought this to the
managers attention he simply justified it by saying we have 100
steaks on at a time and yours (3 of them( sat a little to long
at that side, Well I am not an idiot I could see that. Your
manger had no interest in what I was saying. Next time I won't
except the steak when the blak side is up on a med steak. I rate
the food very good, service very good, manager and presentation
poor."
