Spring Training Schedule
The Tampa Bay Devil Rays will open
their 2007 spring training schedule on Friday, March 2 against
the New York Yankees at Progress Energy Park, Home of Al Lang
Field. It will be the first time the Rays have opened the spring
season against the Yankees.
The Rays will play a 30-game schedule including 15 games at
Progress Energy Park. The spring finale will be played against
the New York Mets on Saturday, March 31, at Tropicana Field.
All home games will start at 1:05 p.m. with two exceptions:
Thursday, March 22 against the Minnesota Twins and Friday, March
23 against the Cincinnati Reds will both start at 7:05 p.m. The
schedule features weekend Saturday home games against the
Cleveland Indians on Saturday, March 17 and Boston Red Sox on
Saturday, March 24.
